Poster Session Abstract Submission
You must register for the conference to submit a poster abstract. Once you are registered you will receive a reference code (i.e. 6XJ-KXO-457) in your registration confirmation email. Use the reference code and the following link Poster Abstract Submission to setup your poster abstract account. Please choose from the available poster abstract categories for your submission.
 
Hotel Information
Registrants are required to make their own lodging arrangements by contacting the DoubleTree by Hilton Toronto Downtown, 108 Chestnut Street, Toronto, ON M5G 1RS, Canada.
  
A room rate of $199 CAD (single/double) plus tax per night is being offered to workshop participants. Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly at 1-416-599-0555 or 1-800-668-6600 (Room block name University of Nebraska) You may also Email to reservations@torontodoubletree.com. Room block closes Monday, April 10, 2018. After April 10, reservations will be accepted on the basis of space and rate availability.
 
The hotel is located approximately 18 miles from the Toronto Pearson International Airport.  Please note that the hotel does not have an airport shuttle. You may take a taxi directly from the airport, estimated cost is $53 CAD. You may also take the Union Pearson Express which connects Union Station in downtown Toronto with Pearson International Airport. The train takes 25 minutes to arrive downtown and trains run every 15 minutes from 5:30 am to 1 am.  The cost is $12.00 CAD one way per adult. From the airport's Terminal 1, follow the signs for "Trains"; the train station is attached to the parking garage and is reachable without going outdoors.  From the airport's Terminal 3, follow the signs for the LINK Train to Terminal 1 (again, reachable without going outdoors). When you arrive at the Terminal 1 station, the UP Express platform is immediately adjacent to the LINK Train platform, up a small ramp.  Once you arrive at the Union Station downtown it is .75 mile (1.4 km) to the DoubleTree by Hilton Downtown. Note: If you are driving the hotel does have self parking for $35 CAD per day.
