The Travel Manager module helps you manage ground transfer services between one or many destination airports and one or many event hotels. It captures two travel itinerary segments: the inbound arrival segment at the event destination and the outbound departure segment from the event destination. To assure that the information captured is consistent and suitable for management reports, the module widely applies field validation, default values, and is preloaded with the 200+ carriers and 1100+ airports that comprise the IATA air ticketing system.

Behind the scenes, Travel Manager is structured to interface with a GDS and to capture an unlimited number of flight segments in the itinerary.

The system includes insightful reports that organize the arrival and departure information in many formats, and a confirmation statement that combines transfer detail along with hotel reservation, registration and payment detail into a single document.

Registration Manager must be installed to operate Travel Manager.
