Management offers an a la carte menu of support services to help you leverage
your investment in the Event Manager Systems software. We deliver an array of
professional services, including training, consulting, onsite services during
your event, technical support, data conversion, data importing/exporting, and
custom modifications, all at a competitive price.
We provide training and technical support by
telephone, internet remote access, online Help systems, and in person. The terms and conditions of the training and support depend on the
type of license you have, whether you participate in our Annual Maintenance
program, and the nature of the problem in question. ICM provides a free technical support by
telephone for a limited amount of time after installation to users who have
completed the inclusive training with an ICM instructor. Thereafter, technical support is
available from ICM on either a per incident fee basis or hourly fee basis,
depending on the requirement. Outside of normal business hours, we offer standby technical support by
appointment. There is no charge for support on problems caused solely by
product defect.
