Use Exhibit Manager in combination with Registration Manager
to manage exhibit booths for small to medium sized exhibitions. If you add
Appointment Manager and Survey Manager, the four modules together manage a
variety of meeting formats including exhibit booths, banquet tables,
golf-foursomes, and hospitality suites, to name a few in an appointment
setting.
Exhibit Manager contains several screens and sub-screens
that you use to define the meeting formats (booth spaces, banquet tables,
etc.) that will serve as locations for meetings and appointments, and to
assign specific Sellers to specific formats. Helpful management reports
facilitate the administration of an exhibit.
The work flow in Exhibit Manager takes advantage of and
builds upon existing functionality in Registration Manager. Exhibitor
personnel of all types are first registered in Registration Manager before
being assigned to a booth. Use either a category or activity mechanism to
track sponsorship options or to capture fees of various types associated with
an exhibit booth. See the financial outcome in the Finance screen that
is a component of Registration Manager.
Registration Manager
must be installed in order to operate Exhibit Manager.
