International Conference Management, Inc. is a privately held software developer and web services provider for the events industry, headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, suburban Washington, DC.  We have been in the meetings industry since 1978 and under current ownership since 1982.  From the beginning, ICM has been among the pioneers in automating the registration and housing process for the meetings industry.  Our senior management has been in the industry for three decades, and during that time has supervised the delivery of registration and/or housing services to thousands of events large and small throughout the world.

We started in 1978 as a vendor offering an a la carte menu of registration, housing, air ticketing, exhibit management, call center and miscellaneous organizing services to customers in the corporate, non-profit and government sectors. Even though we were successful as a service provider, we narrowed our corporate focus in 1998 to being a technology provider for the meetings industry.  Today we offer a widely acclaimed suite of integrated software applications for the web that give professionals an advantage in this competitive meetings industry.
